The makers have not revealed the story of the upcoming sequel but are sure the fans will see a fantastic story. In the first part, Vijay, as Arul, lives a secret life as a beggar to save his mother. A sage suggested he do this, but after completing this, his mother’s health was not improved. While begging, a group of doctors found Arul for their medical experiments.
These doctors hire goons to murder Arul, but he manages to escape from the goons. In the end, a beggar begs money from Arul, but he doesn’t notice while he is on a call, and his mother tells him not to hurt a beggar who didn’t know that Arul also lived the same life for 48 days.
